Welcome! I'm so grateful you're here and I'm honored that our paths are crossing. Thank you for allowing me to be a part of your life's journey.

Welcome to a place where counseling and wellness are gracefully intertwined. Our all-inclusive practice is dedicated to your holistic well-being. In a world that can often feel overwhelming, I am here to provide you with a compassionate, safe, nurturing space where you can embark on a transformative journey of self-discovery. Together, we'll navigate the path toward healing, helping you find solace, belonging, and a stronger connection with your inner self. My clinical experience includes working with those who are struggling with anxiety, depression, attachment wounds, trauma, grief and loss, and relational issues. My theoretical approach is grounded in psychodynamic psychotherapy, and trauma-informed care, as well as utilizing an integrative, holistic approach to emotional health and wellbeing. Often, past wounds and self-limiting beliefs can hinder our ability to trust ourselves and others, blocking our capacity for deep connections. By addressing these hurts, we can unlock the doors to self-acceptance and blossom within. Let's embrace this path together. Reach out to begin a journey of healing and self-discovery.
