Michele Gunn

I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with a Supervision Designation (LPCC-S) with over 25 years of experience working as a therapist in a variety of settings. I graduated from the University of Akron with a Master's of Education in Marriage and Family Therapy. I am skilled in individual and family counseling with adolescents and adults with a specialty focused on therapy with couples. I center treatment around overall health and wellness to help clients become their best selves. I have training and experience in multiple therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Trauma Focused Therapy, and Marriage and Family Therapy. I've completed CBT training through the Beck Institute, as both a therapist and supervisor. Additionally, I have over 10 years of supervision/management experience and I'm very passionate about leadership and staff development.
