Helping you discover your path to a happier, healthier You! Make today the day you take the first step.
Hello, I'm Michele Deinish and I appreciate you taking this first step towards improving your mental health. No problem is too big or too small to work on if it's causing you distress. I have 12+ years of experience working in college counseling and success working with undergraduate, graduate, non-traditional, and first-generation students who are experiencing a variety of mental health concerns. This includes depression, anxiety, relationships, stress, & school/life balance. The good news is...your mind & body are created to be in balance, to be healthy, and to enjoy life. In my practice I help clients realize their full potential by developing the tools and skills necessary to cope with life's adversities. Clients finally feel in control of their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors...sometimes for the first time in their lives. I'm passionate about the well-being of my clients & for 19 years I've been helping them on their path to wellness. I help clients live their best lives & feel empowered to handle whatever comes their way. I use an integrative, CBT approach to therapy, individualized for your needs. Let today be the day that you reach out and begin your journey to wellness.
