Helping You Find Your Path—Emotionally, Academically, Personally.
Welcome—I'm Michele Deinish. Thank you for taking this important first step toward improving your mental health. Whether you're facing a significant challenge or navigating everyday stress, any concern that causes distress is worth addressing. With over 13 years of experience in college counseling, I’ve supported undergraduate, graduate, non-traditional, and first-generation students through a wide range of mental health concerns—including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, academic stress, and difficulties with school-life balance. I believe the mind and body are inherently designed for balance, health, and joy. My practice focuses on helping clients reconnect with that potential by building the tools and skills needed to manage life’s challenges. Many clients find themselves feeling in control of their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors—sometimes for the first time. For the past 20 years, I’ve been deeply committed to the well-being of those I serve. My goal is to empower you to live your best life and face whatever comes your way with confidence. I use an integrative, cognitive-behavioral approach tailored to your unique needs. Frequently used interventions include mindfulness practices, CBT techniques, and vagal toning skills to support emotional regulation, mood, and nervous system balance. Let today be the day you begin your journey to wellness.
