Hi! I'm so glad you're here. It takes courage to seek counseling. For your convenience, you can book an apt with me here: https://bit.ly/3Ee0nhO
I believe that everyone has the innate ability and desire to lead a fulfilling life. Therapy, to me, is a healing conversation—one that provides a safe, non-judgmental space where individuals can express their challenges and rediscover their strengths. My goal is to foster a collaborative partnership that moves clients away from self-judgment and blame, supporting them in finding solutions that align with their values and beliefs. No matter what brings you to counseling, together we can overcome self-doubt and obstacles to help you become the healthiest version of yourself. I specialize in working with adults with a history of depression, anxiety, family conflict, religious trauma, career/academic stress, LGBTQIA issues, alternative lifestyles (including polyamorous couples), dating and relationship struggles. In addition, I'm passionate about helping people create healthy relationships, as well as rebuild their life after a difficult loss or life change. I offer teletherapy which is free and easy to use. For your convenience, I also offer self-scheduling and do courtesy billing for most insurances. Michele Chinichian is a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) in Arizona with 25 years of experience.
