Thank you for looking at my profile . I have over 25 years experience and have worked with individuals including young adults and couples . People sometimes say that their prior therapy did not help . I think setting goals makes a difference for people . I also look to address negative symptoms that people are experiencing and want to help them work towards symptom alleviation . I'm happy to help guide people in this journey and welcome input and active participation as well . Included in the modalities i use are CBT . I am also certified in DBT
