I am looking forward to meeting you. I have been practicing therapy for over twenty years. I am grateful to be able to do the work of healing. I have found that people who come to me have many more strengths than deficits . Leveraging those strengths and building new skills is what I focus on. Some of the approaches I use are psychodynamic, CBT, Mindfulness, Modivational Interviewing and Collaborative problem solving. Importantly a start where you are at and address what issue that is most holding you back.
