After working 10+ years in universities, I continue to enjoy working with college students utilizing a culturally sensitive, emotion-focused approach.

Everyone could benefit from talking with a counselor to help cope with life's stressors. You may prefer to meet with a counselor one-on-one to help improve your quality of life. If your intimate relationship is a concern, you and your partner(s) could utilize relationship counseling to communicate more effectively and regain the passion that drew you together. Building a support network and feeling as if you belong are also valuable resources that group counseling can provide. Regardless of your concern, there are multiple counseling options to help meet your needs. Initiating counseling services is the first step to feeling better. I have 13+ years experience providing individual, relationship, and group counseling. I value building collaborative relationships, while helping people access their emotions and develop the tools necessary to achieve their goals. I have particular expertise in antiracism, masculinity, relationship concerns, and working with student-athletes. Prior to private practice, I worked in university counseling centers for 10+ years. I continue to enjoy working with undergraduate and graduate students. Regardless of your concern, the therapy services I offer can help you manage your day-to-day challenges. I value all human beings and actively work to learn more about myself in order to connect with anyone who walks through my door. If you are thinking about counseling, feel free to contact me in order to discuss how we can start the journey together.
