Can I locate what in my life is causing struggle? Is personal reflection & deeper thinking an option? So. Many. Therapists! (walking distance from Duke)

As a psychotherapist and licensed clinical social worker with 20+ years of experience, I earned my MSW in Social Work from Smith College School for Social Work in Northampton, MA. My professional background includes training at Duke University CAPS, Duke University Medical Center, and my work with children, teens, adults and families through the NC community mental health system. I have served as field supervisor for MSW interns from NCCU, UNC, and as clinical supervisor for Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associates. My focus includes anxiety, depression, grief and loss, managing stress and life transitions, relationship difficulties, and supporting greater awareness and functioning. I welcome and affirm clients of all identities and backgrounds in my practice. Thanks for considering me.
