The reason why I’m here is to try my best to help make your life easier. I believe everyone deserves to not only be heard but also understood. I tell all my patients, “I’m the medication person but I am not the pill pusher”. We will work as a team to navigate what the best treatment plan is for you. Everyone’s body is different and not all care may look the same but we will walk that path together. I know the stigma around mental health can feel like a barrier, which I am committed to breaking down those walls and normalize the importance of taking care of your mental health. My office is a safe space where I encourage the kids, teens, and young adults I see to be their 100% authentic selves without the worry of feeling judged. My approach is empathic, personable, and patient-centered - my goal is to get to know who you are, to meet you where you’re at, and go on this journey with you while providing the necessary information/options for us to make the best decision for your treatment together.
