An internationally trained psychiatrist, she completed her basic medical education in Romania, followed by adult psychiatry training at Maimonides Medical Center and a Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Fellowship at Children’s National Medical Center. With a career spanning both Europe and the United States, Dr. Jurici has served as an Assistant Professor and clinical instructor, supervising medical students, residents, and nurse practitioners. In addition to her clinical work, she has contributed to research and leadership initiatives. She is fluent in English, Romanian, and Serbian, and possesses a functional understanding of French and Spanish.
