I work with partners, friends and family of alcoholics, using EMDR, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and other evidence-based approaches.

At Cadence, you’ll experience a supportive and active approach to therapy. You’ll learn practical skills and evidence-based tools to put into action in your everyday life and make meaningful change quickly. Whether we work in person at my office or virtually, my hope is that stepping into our session will feel like stepping outside, closing the door behind you and taking a big breath of fresh air. I believe we benefit greatly from moving our bodies, and I offer therapy “Walk and Talk” sessions when suitable. I offer a Sliding Scale (a range of fees depending on need). Please note that at this time I do NOT accept Student Health Insurance.
