By utilizing a collaborative and empowering therapeutic style, she helps clients understand patterns, build insight, and develop practical tools for daily functioning and long-term wellness. Her clinical approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based interventions, with additional modalities available to support specific treatment goals.
