Melissa Laughrey, DNP, PMHNP-BC, is a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from the University of Kansas and over 25 years of experience in mental health nursing. She provides compassionate, person-centered care to individuals and families across all stages of life. Melissa has worked extensively with diverse populations, including children, older adults, and individuals with intellectual disabilities and Autism Spectrum Disorder. Her practice is grounded in the belief that healing begins through authentic connection and deep respect for each person's lived experience. She is committed to creating a safe, welcoming space where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered in their mental health journey.
