Have you ever felt like you're stuck in a cycle of self-doubt and unhealthy habits, wondering when the heavy weight will lift?

You’ve done everything you were ‘supposed’ to achieve, adapted, kept the peace, and still, something feels off. You’ve learned to hold it all together: stay composed, meet expectations, anticipate everyone else’s needs. But inside, it’s a cycle of overthinking, anxiety, shame, or total shutdown. You're exhausted from managing everyone else’s emotions while ignoring your own. I work with adults who grew up with emotionally immature, neglectful, or narcissistic parents, often becoming the caretaker or “fixer.” Many now struggle with people-pleasing, perfectionism, high-functioning anxiety, OCD traits, addiction, burnout, or self-doubt. I work with adults who grew up with emotionally immature, neglectful, or narcissistic parents, often becoming the caretaker or “fixer.” Many now struggle with people-pleasing, perfectionism, high-functioning anxiety, OCD traits, addiction, burnout, or self-doubt. If you’re neurodivergent or suspect you might be, masking and emotional overwhelm may also play a role. Therapy with me isn’t about checklists or generic advice. It’s about real connection and personalized support. I help adults, including professionals, parents, and those exploring neurodivergence, who want more than surface-level coping tools. I offer both weekly therapy and 1–3 day therapy intensives for trauma, anxiety, and substance use. I offer therapy intensives for people who want to go deeper, heal faster, and finally get unstuck.
