I am available to see clients from 10 years old and up. I enjoy working with individuals, families or couples.
I use a Solution Focused, strength-based approach, as well as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I have completed some trainings on Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and have an interest in furthering my education with DBT. I also enjoy working with children starting at age 10. Due to my past experiences working with at-risk youth, this is a passion of mine. My approach to therapy is to provide a comfortable environment where the client feels validated. I also aim to provide a safe place where a client can reach their therapy goals.
