I strive to provide a safe and comfortable environment for my clients, I am here to listen and help you with your personal growth and emotional wellbeing

Hello, thank you for reaching out. I have been in private practice for seven years and have worked with a wide variety of clients for almost 20 years, including students at the University of Arkansas when I was a Clinician and Case Manager at CAPS. I truly believe when something is off in our lives, it is difficult to figure out how to move forward to achieve balance. My goal is to help you feel supported and empowered to make significant changes in your life and improve overall well being. I have enjoyed working with a wide variety of clients, including students, clients who are trying to figure out their path in life, coping with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma, and relationship issues. I also work with individuals who are dealing with maternal issues, including perinatal mood disorders, trauma or loss, parenting, and lifelong chronic illness. The first step to feeling better is already behind you, just by seeking out care you have started on your path to wellness. I hope you will allow me to be part of your journey, feel free to call me for an initial consultation.
