(She/Her/Hers)
Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner
I specialize in treating anxiety, treatment-resistant depression, ADHD, and trauma with collaborative, compassionate, and evidence-based care.
If you are the one who holds everything together at work and at home, anxiety and depression can be easy to miss from the outside and exhausting to live with on the inside. You might look “fine” while your mind never shuts off, your body stays tense, your sleep is unreliable, and simple decisions feel heavier than they should. You may be carrying guilt for feeling irritable, numb, or overwhelmed, and wondering why willpower is not enough. In our work together, my goal is to create a space where you feel heard, supported, and understood. Many adults want care that is clear, practical, and compassionate, not rushed and not one-size-fits-all. My hope is that you feel empowered in your healing and see meaningful improvements in your daily life, including steadier mood, calmer thoughts, better focus, and a stronger sense of control over your wellbeing. I specialize in anxiety, depression, ADHD, and trauma-related concerns. I also have experience supporting adults through crisis stabilization, emotional regulation, and long-term mood management. If you have been living with symptoms that have not improved with standard approaches, you are not alone. I have additional expertise in treatment-resistant depression through ketamine-assisted therapy and Spravato administration, with a focus on helping you feel more grounded, hopeful, and able to engage in your life again. Many people I work with describe patterns like high-functioning anxiety, constant mental load, anticipatory worry, and trouble relaxing; depression that looks like numbness, fatigue that rest does not fix, low motivation, or pulling away from others; ADHD-related challenges with focus, follow-through, organization, and mental overwhelm; trauma-related symptoms such as hypervigilance, emotional reactivity, shutdown, or feeling stuck in survival mode; or mood concerns that may include major depressive disorder, bipolar disorder, persistent depressive disorder, or PMDD patterns My approach to care is collaborative, compassionate, and evidence-based. I focus on truly understanding your story so we can create a treatment plan that feels supportive, personalized, and sustainable. This may include psychiatric evaluation, medication management using evidence-based psychopharmacology, and supportive therapy focused on stabilization and day-to-day coping. When you are ready, we can also build skills that help with emotional regulation, stress response, and long-term resilience. Mental healthcare can change lives. I am driven by the belief that everyone deserves compassionate, evidence-based care that helps them feel more grounded, hopeful, and in control of their wellbeing. If you are ready for care that takes you seriously and meets you where you are, I would be honored to support you.
