I recognize that starting a journey of change can be both exciting and daunting. My goal is to honor and celebrate the courage you bring to this process.
Hello! I’m Melina Johnson. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Sociology from Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU), and I am currently pursuing my Master’s in Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling at VCU. I’m passionate about working with individuals from all walks of life, believing that each path to healing is deeply personal. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, struggling with relationships, or disheartened by your current situation, I’m here to offer the support and guidance you need to rediscover your sense of purpose and well-being. In my practice, I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Person-Centered Therapy (PCT) to create a supportive and adaptable approach tailored to each client. I am dedicated to collaborating with you to explore and navigate your path toward healing and fulfillment. I am truly inspired by the progress you’ve made so far, and I look forward to being a part of your continued journey toward a more fulfilling life.
