Meletina Taerbaum

I am a licensed therapist that believes in working collaboratively, in a calm and supportive environment. Together, we will identify goals and work to meet them in ways that feel safe and comfortable for you. I have experience working with SPMI (severe and persistent mental illness), ADHD, anxiety, bi-polar, borderline personality disorder, depression, gender identity, grief, personality disorders and trauma. I am trauma-informed and have experience working in community mental health, hospitals, jails, mental health hospitals, and outpatient mental health programs for adults and adolescents. I am also trained in several therapeutic techniques including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy-EMDR. My unique experiences as a first-generation American, Native American, wife, mother of a medically complex child, and more have taught me that life is very complex and we are all in this together. We can work on our issues and gain support if we are ready. I am licensed in CO, DE, FL, ID, LA, MI, SC, TX and VT.
