As a non-judgemental presence, I use an integrative approach to talk therapy which includes brain-based techniques, mindfulness, and interpersonal neurobiology. I also employ attachment-based interventions and intergenerational approaches to address the entire system. I am an affirming therapist who enjoys working with those in the LGBTQIA+ community.
