I'm Dr. Melanie Poudevigne, an exercise physiologist, CMPC, and scholar using a holistic approach to elevate mental health and elite performance.

I’m Dr. Melanie Poudevigne, an exercise physiologist and Fellow of the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM), as well as a Certified Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC) with the Association for Applied Sport Psychology (AASP). My work focuses on optimizing sport performance and mental well-being through a holistic, evidence-based approach. I’m also completing licensure training as a social worker to deepen my support for mental health across all levels of performance. My research has been published in leading journals, and I bring both scientific insight and compassionate care to my work with elite athletes and high performers. I believe in treating the whole person—mind, body, and purpose.
