Melanie Gerber is a dedicated mental health clinician at LifeStance Health, offering personalized support to adults and seniors throughout New York. She creates a compassionate, judgment-free space for clients to work through life’s most complex emotional and psychological challenges. Melanie provides individual therapy with a focus on helping clients develop practical tools to manage stress, anxiety, mood changes, and relationship difficulties, as well as improve overall emotional well-being. With a deep understanding of the intersection between mental health and life transitions, Melanie works extensively with individuals navigating midlife changes, later life challenges, and health-related stressors.
