Meghan Ray
(She/Her/Hers)
Limited Licensed Professional Counselor (LLPC)
My goal is to understand your individual needs, how the past has impacted your present, and find sustainable long term growth through authentic connection
My goal as a coach is to show up authentically and recognize each client as an individual requiring their own unique set of needs and practices. I approach my clients with empathy that is rooted in relationship building, accountability, and challenging conversation. In our sessions together I want my clients to feel heard, be challenged to grow, attain new skills, look at situations with a new perspective, and commit to the greatest version of themselves. Ultimately, I hope that through our time together, my clients will gain an unwavering faith within themselves to weather all storms with confidence and live life with the utmost confidence.
