Taproot (Taproot Therapy) Therapy

We are a private group therapy practice located in Tempe, Arizona. We are a women-owned, LGBTQ+ affirming, culturally informed, eclectic group of therapists dedicated to quality client care, continuing education, advocacy, and community outreach. We offer individual, couples, family, and group therapy services both locally and through telehealth. We have therapists who specialize in the treatment of complex trauma, mood disorders, OCD, neurodivergence, chronic illness, medical trauma, life stressors, academic difficulties, and more. We believe in quality, affordable mental health services so our team is comprised of experts in the field that accept most major commercial insurances including BCBS, Aetna, Cigna/Evernorth, and UHC including United Student Healthcare Student Services plan. In addition to great commercial insurance options, we also offer sessions starting as low as $50 per session to clients needing to pay privately. We treat ages two through older adults through evidenced-based modalities.
