I offer an open, supportive space for those looking to make sense of their experiences and reconnect with themselves.

I bring over seven years of experience supporting individuals across a range of mental health settings, including medical detox, residential treatment, partial hospitalization/intensive outpatient programs, and outpatient therapy. I have significant experience working with dual diagnoses, particularly substance use, and supporting people navigating mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, OCD, ADHD, autism, life transitions, relationship challenges, and more. I work with people who may seem high functioning on the outside but feel overwhelmed internally, as well as those whose struggles are more visible day to day. I take a flexible, client-focused approach that meets you where you are. I use mindfulness, practical strategies, storytelling, and body-centered practices to shape sessions around your needs. Together, we balance exploring what’s been hard with learning tools that help you make sense of your experiences and feel more grounded, connected, and at ease in your life.
