I provide a non-judgmental and welcoming space where clients of all identities can explore their lived experiences and build a more meaningful life.

I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate (LCMHCA) who provides therapy to adolescents 15+ and adults with a primary focus on chronic pain, anxiety, OCD, depression, traumatic brain injury (TBI), life transitions, and relationship issues. I believe that clients are the experts on their own life. It would be a privilege to learn more about your story and walk alongside you on your healing journey! As part of my person-centered approach, I tailor treatments to match your unique needs and therapy goals. These evidence-based interventions and techniques include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and mindfulness-based skills. In my therapy sessions, I aim to create a warm and validating space where you feel safe to explore your inner world and past experiences, move toward growth, and build a life worth living. I believe in the transformative power of the therapeutic relationship and view trust, mutual respect, and authenticity as key pieces of the counseling process.
