Certified Clinical Social Worker (CSW)
It is an honor to be a part of your journey, filled with tears and laughs, and witness you harness your own inner wisdom and strength.
First and foremost, it takes so much strength to reach out for help and I am glad you are here. I believe seeking therapy and inner healing can hold joy and humor as deeply as it can confront and hold pain. My hope is to create a space for you that allows you to develop a deeper understanding of yourself. A non-judgmental, secure space for you to safely embrace every part of you. Together we can work through core beliefs, old wounds, and patterns that no longer serve you so that you can create the life you deserve to live. Through it all, I will be there alongside you to remind you that you don’t have to carry it all on your own. I specialize in working with adults that have strained relationships with their parents, women with ADHD (particularly late diagnosis), and high-achieving/perfectionist/people-pleasing women. I use a direct and compassionate person-centered approach, utilizing attachment theory concepts with mindfulness and somatic techniques. I am committed to respecting your needs, supporting your autonomy, and cultivating your growth. It is an honor to be a part of your journey, filled with tears and laughs, and witness you harness your own inner wisdom and strength. If this sounds like a journey you're ready for, let's schedule a free 15-minute call to see if we'd be a good fit!
