Meg Stemke

I help individuals who are ready to reconnect with themselves and move toward healing, guided by the belief that growth and change happen within safe, attuned relationships. I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, PTSD, interpersonal challenges, and complex or developmental trauma. I believe each client holds a story that deserves to be treated with tenderness, honor, and respect. In our work together, I provide a warm, nonjudgmental space where you can explore the patterns, emotions, and coping strategies that have helped you survive, while gently creating room for new ways of relating to yourself and others.
