(She/Her/Hers)
Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner
I provide compassionate, respectful, and nonjudgmental care and welcome and affirm clients of all identities and backgrounds in my practice.
Thinking about getting support for mental health is an act of courage. I am excited that you are considering my practice for your mental health needs. I am a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner in Arizona, currently accepting patients ages 13-64. While I treat a wide spectrum of mental health conditions, my patients are normal people whose lives have been complicated by something keeping them from living their best life. In addition to treating a variety of mental health issues, I specialize in women's mental health and I have a special interest in working with young adults, LGTBQ+ populations, anxiety, mood disorders and ADHD. I am a member of both WPATH and PSI. My approach to mental health is holistic, using a combination of talk therapy, mindfulness techniques, lifestyle modifications, and medications to target symptoms if desired or needed. Although a short-term goal may be to manage your symptoms, the ultimate goal is to find a balance so that you can achieve optimal overall health and live your best life! I pride myself in providing culturally-sensitive, compassionate, respectful, inclusive, nonjudgmental, and evidence-based care. I am committed to developing empathetic and long-lasting relationships with my clients as well as creating safe and shared spaces with their family members while encouraging them in their journey to emotional, mental and physical wellbeing. I looking forward to meeting you soon.
