I provide compassionate, respectful, and nonjudgmental care and welcome and affirm clients of all identities and backgrounds in my practice.

I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) licensed in Arizona, California, Maryland, and Virginia. I work with individuals ages 13 to 64 across a wide spectrum of mental health needs, meeting each person where they are in their journey toward well-being. My approach to care is patient-centered and holistic, recognizing that mental health is shaped by a complex interplay of psychological, biological, environmental, and social factors. I believe that each person is unique, and I take the time to understand the whole person—beyond just their symptoms—so we can work together to identify the most effective path forward. Whether you choose to pursue medication management alone, psychotherapy, or a combination of both, I am committed to creating a collaborative treatment plan that respects your individual concerns, values, and goals. I strive to provide culturally sensitive, compassionate, and evidence-based care in a supportive, nonjudgmental environment. You can expect to be treated with respect and dignity, and I am here to support you in navigating the challenges you face. I look forward to working with you to improve your mental health and well-being.
