Therapy is a process where we walk together through life’s challenges, building insight, healing, and finding the best path forward. Let's walk together.

Sometimes it’s hard to explain, just a sense that something doesn’t feel right, or that life has become overwhelming or unclear. If that resonates, you’re not alone. Therapy is a space where we can slow down together, make sense of what you’re experiencing, and begin creating meaningful change. My approach is collaborative, supportive, and nonjudgmental, with a focus on helping you feel safe enough to show up as your authentic self. I take a flexible, integrative approach shaped around you and what you need most. Rather than following a set formula, we’ll work together to understand what’s weighing on you, shift patterns keeping you stuck, and build tools that support you in daily life. The goal is to help you move forward in a way that feels manageable, meaningful, and true to you. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, or simply feeling stuck, you don’t have to do it alone. We can work together to help you move forward in a way that feels right for you. When you’re ready, I invite you to take that next step.
