ASU Alum & Founder of Her Time Therapy, helping women move from overwhelmed to empowered through trauma-informed online counseling.

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, constantly anxious, burned out, or questioning whether you’re “too sensitive” or “not enough,” you’re not alone. Maybe you’re juggling academics, relationships, family expectations, work, and your own future — and it feels like you’re barely keeping up. On the outside, you may look capable and high-functioning. On the inside, you might be overthinking everything, struggling to set boundaries, replaying past experiences, or carrying the weight of trauma you haven’t fully processed. You may be tired of just surviving and ready to actually feel steady, confident, and clear about who you are. That’s where I, and my fellow therapists at Her Time Therapy, come in. As an ASU alum and founder of Her Time Therapy, I work with women who are ready for deeper healing — not just quick coping strategies. Many of my clients are thoughtful, driven women who want to understand the root of their anxiety, people-pleasing, perfectionism, or relationship patterns so they can create meaningful, lasting change. At Her Time Therapy, our work is grounded in Feminist Therapy, an evidence-informed counseling approach that recognizes how cultural expectations, gender roles, power dynamics, and systemic pressures shape women’s mental health. Instead of viewing your struggles as personal flaws, we explore the larger context influencing your experiences. This framework fosters empowerment, self-trust, and the confidence to use your voice in relationships, academics, and career decisions. My approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, and insight-oriented. I integrate evidence-based practices to help you regulate anxiety, safely process past experiences, strengthen boundaries, and build emotional resilience. Therapy with me is not about fixing you — it’s about helping you reconnect with your strengths, clarify your values, and move forward with intention. Her Time Therapy specializes exclusively in women’s mental health and offers virtual counseling across Colorado, making support accessible and flexible around your academic schedule. We also work with several major insurance plans to increase accessibility. If you’re ready to move beyond managing symptoms and start creating real, sustainable change, I would be honored to support you in that process.
