Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC)
Therapy for people who look fine on the outside but feel fried on the inside.
Helping high-achievers under pressure. I work with people who juggle long hours, self-doubt, stress, and the “I should be able to handle this myself” mindset. If imposter syndrome, sleepless nights, or perfectionism are running the show, I’m here to help you get unstuck. We will tackle toxic work dynamics, time-management chaos, boundary-setting, relationship issues and the guilt or avoidance that stress often leaves behind. My goal is to help you find direction, feel more grounded, and get your energy back for the things that matter. I’m straightforward, action-oriented, and believe progress beats pep talks. We’ll tackle the messy stuff— school overload, burnout, toxic work dynamics, time-management chaos—with practical tools, humor when you need it, and steps that help you feel better fast. I only work with individuals (not couples) over the age of 18. Offering in-person and secure virtual therapy in North Carolina (and several other states)—so you can start from your couch (yes, sweatpants count as work-ready attire).
