McKaylla Ziegel

I provide a safe and judgment-free space for individuals of all ages — adults, adolescents, and children. My approach centers on building strong, positive therapeutic relationships and fostering a collaborative and empowering environment. I have experience across multiple levels of care and differing safety risks. My areas of special interest include EDMR, adolescent issues, borderline personality disorder, substance use, ADHD, trauma, anxiety, and mood disorders. I utilize evidence-based modalities including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Somatic Experiencing, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I believe that mental health healing involves both the mind and the body, therefore I integrate that belief into every session.
