Helping high-achieving students find calm beneath the pressure

Hi there — I’m really glad you’re here. I help thoughtful, driven college students who look like they have it all together — but inside, they’re overwhelmed, anxious, and running on fumes. Maybe you’re the one who keeps it together for everyone else, always striving to do more, be more, prove you’re enough. But lately, it feels like no matter how hard you try, it’s never quite enough to quiet the pressure. College life can blur the line between ambition and exhaustion. Between endless to-do lists, social expectations, and the fear of falling behind, it’s easy to lose touch with yourself — your joy, your confidence, your sense of calm. In therapy, we’ll slow things down. Together, we’ll unpack the pressure to be perfect and the constant self-criticism that comes with it. I integrate Somatic Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you reconnect with your body, manage anxious thoughts, and build a more compassionate relationship with yourself. This isn’t about lowering your standards — it’s about learning how to meet them without burning out. If you’re ready to stop running on empty and start feeling like yourself again, let’s connect for a free consult. You don’t have to carry it all alone.
