I have over a decade of experience working with young people in a variety of settings, five of those years as a mental health therapist, and have worked in outpatient, inpatient, in-home, and nature based settings. My approach is informed by relational attachment, developmental trauma, somatic, ecological, behavioral, and mindfulness theories. I have specialized training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). I am passionate about providing care that is affirming to your identity, including but not exclusive to gender, sexuality, relationship style, and expression. I believe in the power of the therapeutic relationship and aim to create a space of understanding, warmth, and mutual respect where you can feel truly heard.
