I enjoy working with young adults of all backgrounds who are going through something that's preventing them from getting the most out life.

Thanks for finding my page! Over the course of my career I've worked with teens and college students who are experiencing anxiety, depression, or something else getting in the way of their goals, happiness, etc. My approach with each client is completely dependent on what they're comfortable with and what they're hoping to get out of counseling, but my person-centered approach often also incorporates mindfulness, CBT, EMDR, and DBT skills. Having worked as an adjunct professor at GMU and the University of Maryland, the stressors and challenges of college students are not lost on me. Feel free reach out! I am looking forward to working with you!
