At Dynamis Counseling, we will identify a path to help you work through what it means to be well in mind, body and spirit.

I offer a unique approach to complete wellness. I will provide evidence-based interventions and focus on treating the whole person. Evidence supports that there is a direct correlation between our mental and physical health. At Dynamis Counseling, we will identify a path to help you work through what it means to be well in mind, body and spirit. I use the theoretical orientation of humanistic-existentialism as the center to my approach to quality clinical care. The fundamental elements of this approach are meaning, purpose and poses two basic questions, “How is one presently living?” and “How is one willing to live?”. This orientation is central to my approach to maximum health and wellness.
