If you have been unsatisfied with other professionals and treatments, let's see if I can help.

I enjoy helping people who have not found the assistance they need from other professionals. I focus on understanding the real causes of suffering, not just symptoms or a diagnosis. I value the complexity of the mind and work carefully with my patients to tailor each treatment approach to their specific and unique needs. I do not simply assume what you need, instead we collaborate together. Psychotherapy can be profoundly meaningful and I have experience helping people from a wide variety of backgrounds. I also use Neurofeedback therapy and qEEG (brain mapping) assessments to inform my clinical practice. In addition to my clinical work, I engage with government officials and published a paper in the Journal of Psychological Thought to advocate for practical public policy. These efforts typically focus on identifying overly burdensome regulations that impact issues related to counseling licensure and increasing access to mental health services. I've witnessed how counseling of depth and insight with a trusting therapeutic relationship can help people know themselves deeply and authentically, thus leading to increased freedom, meaning and direction in life. Please see my website for more information (www.thecnfc.com). If you have been unsatisfied with other treatments, let's see if I can help.
