Matthew (Matt) Johnson

My work as a therapist centers on my core values of humor and authenticity. My mission is to join with you to understand your story and join on your journey toward self-improvement. I infuse humor and down to earth perspectives that allow people to feel most connected to therapy and their authentic selves. I have provided therapy services for over 19 years to adolescents and adults from diverse cultures and backgrounds with a wide array of mental health concerns. I have a clinical passion for working with men of all ages to create a safe, welcoming, and pragmatic space to address the myriad of issues that we often don’t feel safe or comfortable talking about. I can often be found telling a story or joke that brings out my genuine desire to connect with others and foster lasting and supportive relationships. When I’m not working, I enjoy fishing, golfing, spending time with my three boys, family time at the cabin, and being outdoors.
