I have been practicing for over 15 years in a range of treatment settings from inpatient work at the State Hospital to community group therapy to my current private practice. I primarily work with clients 13 years old and up, but I will also see children as young as eight years old who are dealing with sexual deviance issues. I have years of experience treating people with a whole host of mental health diagnoses. I approach treatment from a strengths perspective and use evidence-based strategies, and work collaboratively to set goals to meet your needs. I am also Certified in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) focusing on PTSD, trauma, phobias as well as other areas of mental health that a client and/or their current therapist feels they are stuck. In cases of "feeling stuck", ART can aid the client in getting their treatment moving forward again so they can return to their long trusted therapist.
