I engage my patients in a collaborative endeavor that creates a safe space for exploration, understanding, healing and growth. My patients say that I am warm, present, engaged, compassionate, and genuine. My treatment philosophy is whole person and strength based. I work with couples and adults experiencing life transitions, relationship challenges, grief, trauma, emotional regulation difficulty, unhealthy coping patterns, and those seeking personal or professional growth and self-efficacy. I have enormous faith in the therapeutic relationship and process.
