Mary Parsons
(She/Her/Hers)
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
I specialize in working with anxiety and OCD, including particularly stigmatized OCD themes.
I specialize in working with older adolescents and young adults on issues surrounding anxiety, OCD, phobias, panic attacks, and life transitions. As a therapist, I aim to create a warm, empathetic, and nonjudgmental environment for clients to explore the complexities of their lives and to feel heard and understood. I understand that frequently our emotions and past experiences can keep us from living the lives that we hoped for, and I strive to help clients move forward to live in line with their values.
