You care deeply about others, but don’t give yourself enough compassion or grace. If you’re feeling that I’m speaking your language right now- I truly believe I can help. I am well-versed in various forms of therapy and I work collaboratively with my clients to decide the route(s) that fits best. Some forms of therapy I offer are Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), Solution Focused Therapy and yoga/ somatic work.
