I have practiced as a certified nurse midwife for 14 years prior to entering the mental health field. I believe that as a result, I have developed excellent listening skills and an empathetic nature. I create a safe and nurturing environment for you to come in and talk about your experiences, help to find a diagnosis, and create a treatment plan with you. I am an affirming provider and individualize care to each person. If you are interested in a spiritual or faith-based approach to care, I have additional training in Christian mental health coaching, but is not required to receive care here. You may also choose to receive care virtually from the comfort of your own space by selecting the location for your appointment. I'm looking forward to meeting you!
