I work with clients to focus on experiencing emotions in order to bring understanding to their needs and symptoms. I primarily focus on body awareness and emotion awareness in order to reduce the intensity of symptoms in an effort to help clients extinguish their symptoms by providing knowledge that can be used outside of the therapy setting.
