I'm a BIPOC Trauma Therapist who serves adult survivors. I'm dedicated to providing a safe and nurturing environment so you can focus on your healing.

Hi! Thank you for browsing my profile! I am a Latinx bicultural Trauma Therapist who serves adult trauma survivors through online therapy in both English and Spanish. I have over 10 years of experience in the field of trauma where I have specialized in interpersonal violence, workplace violence and the impact of being a first responder and healthcare worker on the individual's wellbeing. My approach is rooted in compassion, unconditional positive regard, trauma-informed services, & anti-oppression, all of these aimed at empowering you to embark on a journey of healing and self-discovery. I can incorporate EMDR as a healing tool in treatment if you are interested in exploring that. My passion is supporting individuals who have experienced trauma, especially interpersonal trauma. With my expertise and experience, I can say that one of my strengths is facilitating clients' process of healing and empowerment so you can learn new tools to manage the challenges they face.
