I am not here to fix you. I am here to walk beside you on your journey toward healing, growth, and connection.

You may not be there yet, but you are one step closer than you were yesterday. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, lack of confidence, eating disorders, difficult friendships and relationships, and trouble adjusting after divorce or other life changes. I am also passionate about empowering women through various stages of life. My primary focus is on building a safe, trusting therapeutic relationship. I am not here to fix you. I am here to walk beside you on your journey toward healing, growth, and connection. I apply holistic techniques alongside traditional talk and behavioral therapies to help people recognize and build on their own strengths and develop effective coping skills. I view treatment planning as a collaboration, not a prescription. I am open and willing to address any concerns you have and work with you to make the best counseling decision for you.
