I incorporate several therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral, Solution Focused, Narrative, and EMDR, which is effective for treating PTSD, and complex trauma. I am also trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy, for people who struggle with mood regulation, impulsivity, self-harming and suicidal ideation.
