I have a wealth of experience working in university mental health. Relationships and cultural humility are exceedingly important to me.

Counseling and psychotherapy are deeply personal and rewarding treatment modalities. I am often amazed at the profound discoveries clients make in the process. Disciplined introspection, self-compassion, and curiosity are integral parts of change, and I take great pride in co-creating a growth-fostering space of emotional engagement, relational honesty, and authenticity.
