I welcome and affirm people of all identities in my practice but I specifically create a safe space for BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ folks.

Hi there, I'm Maruka and I am passionate about helping folks heal from trauma, depression, and anxiety. If you are someone who often experiences intense emotions, has difficulty trusting yourself, you feel overwhelmed with moving forward with day to day life we may be a good fit. Relationships are also often a concern for folks that I work with, everything from situation-ships, dating, marriage, to family and friends. I will work with you to help you choose how you want to show up, set boundaries, and have compassion for who and how you are. Clients often describe me as direct yet non-judgmental, compassionate, with a dry sense of humor. I move between listening, offering insights, and teaching skills. If you feel we may be a good fit, please reach out for a free 15 minute consultation call. I look forward to chatting with you soon.
